Carolyn McCulley is an author and filmmaker. Radical Womanhood is her second book. Her first was a book about femininity for single women, titled Did I Kiss Marriage Goodbye? Trusting God with a Hope Deferred (Crossway, 2004). In addition, Carolyn is the author of numerous articles, with publication credits ranging from The Washington Post to Christianity Today and The Journal of Biblical Manhood and Womanhood. She is a contributing writer for Boundless.org, as well.

Currently, she is the founder of the documentary company, Citygate Films. Prior to that, she was the media specialist for Sovereign Grace Ministries. 

For 11 years, Carolyn was a member of Covenant Life Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where she served the women's ministry. In December, 2009, she joined the church-planting team of Redeemer Arlington, in Virginia.
